Delivery and installation
Installation times can and may vary due to supply, shipping problems and other factors such as Covid, Brexit, bad weather etc. Although we do the best to stick to projected installation dates this is not always possible, we will let you know when orders are ready and provide a realistic ETA. Unfortunately, we cannot always take your calls regarding the progress of your order but will let you know when they will be ready, usually offering 7-10 days notice.
Delivery and booking confirmation
The current transport situations both on the oceans and the roads continue to cause difficulties and uncertainties around timings for deliveries of your shutters. In the last few weeks we have experienced landed containers not being collected due to driver shortages, a vessel docking on time but containers not being unloaded in an acceptable timescale, and ships continuing to be diverted to Europe when only one or two days away from docking in the UK.
We anticipate these situations unlikely to change as Christmas approaches.
Whilst we try to give you the best information and service we can, we would strongly advise where possible, and due to the reasons above, that I’ll only confirm bookings with when the shutters are delivered to me.
When booking fittings ahead, then I stress that these are PROVISIONAL dates subject to delivery.
